* Where are you located?

*Do I have to pay the deposit to book an appointment?
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment day and time.
*Can I just pay in full at the time of my appointment?
No, Im sorry appointments are booked on first reserved bases, appointments are not secured until payment has posted.
*Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, master card, visa card, American express, visa/master debit cards and After Pay (with some restrictions) are all accepted with a small transaction fee.
(Online Payments and credit card payments are accepted through Square at 2.9% or .30 rate)
Cash app, Venmo, Paypal and Stripe are not accepted.
If you would like to use “Afterpay” as your payment option. At the time of checkout use coupon code “Afterpay” . This will allow you to bypass the other options. You will immediately receive a confirmation email and or text containing Afterpay payment link. Use payment link to reserve and secure appointment. Payment has to post within 15 minutes of booking or appointment will automatically be cancelled.
Any manually scheduled appointments by artist or admin will retain a small admin booking fee of $3.00. A payment invoice or payment link will be emailed and or texted. Payment must post within 15 minutes of booking or appointment will automatically be cancelled.

*What if I have to reschedule my appointment?
Unfortunately the mishaps of life do occur at the darndest times. if you must reschedule, it may be done 24 hours prior to secured appointment time, however only half of the booking fee will transfer to the new selected appointment time. If appointment has to be rescheduled again (2nd time) the entire booking fee is forfeited. When rescheduling you will have to reschedule appointment within 14 days of the initial scheduled date.
*Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, no refunds are given. All booking / retainer fees secure appointment slots and are no longer available for booking once you have reserved.
*What if Im late?
Appointment times are allotted for the time it takes to provide chosen services individually and a few minutes afterwards to clean and sanitize tools and area for the following client. We recommended you get a start to arrive within 10/ 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to prepare for any unplanned delays. Should delays occur you have 10 min grace period with a $10 late fee. 15 minutes or later may result to cancellation or rejection of service with no refund. rescheduling policy does not apply to these circumstances.
*Can I bring a friend/ my child?
Unfortunately do to limited space and covid regulations no kids or extra guests are allowed to accompany you. Only minors may be accompanied by adult but may have to wait in car until service is complete.
*What if I have to cancel?
Rescheduling is recommended but if cancellation is necessary keep in mind no monies are refunded. If rescheduled, only half of the deposit will transfer to the new appointment. You will only be allowed to reschedule once.You may reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment time. Anytime afterwards may result to cancellation policy.
*Do you provide services on location?
Yes, makeup services may be rendered on location (if availability allows) with a small setup and travel fee. Some locations may not be permitted. Artist has the right to decline services onsite at her discretion with no explanation.
*What is your charge for weddings?
Weddings are handled delicately. A consultation is required and includes a pretrial. This is necessary to provide an adequate quote. The wedding coordinator and or planner presence is requested.
